About Total Media Communications Total Media Communication was formed in 1994 by Paul Steward and Dave Roper, two communications engineers who between them have over forty years of experience in the voice and data industry. Since 1998, Technical Director Paul Steward has used his experience in cabling and technical service management to develop new products that have increased the company·s sales by almost 100%, doubled the sales force and received BISCS RCDD qualification in January 2002. Operations Director Dave Roper·s extensive experience in technical support and network services management provided the skills necessary to build up a successful operations base for Total Media Communications. Between them they have designed and implemented networks for Martin Brokers, Eastleigh Borough Council, Royal Bank of Canada, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Financial Times Business.
